MANUFACTURE OF CARBON FIBER PARTS MOLDS
Manufacture of molds to manufacture light and rigid parts in Carbon Fiber for manual lamination, vacuum compaction or infusion processes.
MANUFACTURE OF CARBON FIBER PARTS
Manufacture of pieces for clients in Carbon Fiber for structural pieces, decorative pieces, light and resistant pieces, etc. In exposed finish or in color.
Carbon Fiber is a synthetic fiber made up of thousands of very fine filaments (between 5 and 10 microns in diameter) composed mainly of Carbon. A carbon fiber can contain between 1,000 and 24,000 carbon threads. Carbon Fiber has steel-like mechanical properties (it is even more impact resistant) and is as light as a plastic.
The main application of Carbon Fiber is in composite materials. These composite materials have as matrix (or element for joining and compacting the fibers) a thermo stable polymer that is usually epoxy (thermoset), but can also be vinyl ester or polyester.
